Gaurav Henry is a serial entrepreneur. He was the founder of one of the first international student accommodation portals in the UK. Also, the Co-founder of Hindistandukkan.com, an e-commerce company that is the largest supplier of hand-beaded bridal appliques and dresses in Turkey.
Currently, he heads the growth at one of the most promising AI-based startups based out of Paris- Adcreative.ai backed by Google.
Apart from his work, he is often found networking quenching the thirst for his genuine curiosity from education leaders to talent partners covering top talent at Tier 1 universities. His experience covers a wide variety of initiatives—growth and marketing, learning & development, technology solutions, startup-community mentoring, capital raising, brand building, and business analysis—but generally focuses on behavior-changing initiatives in our race to maximize collective well-being.
Raised in the steel city of India-Bhilai, Gaurav now calls Bursa, Turkey his home. At work, he enjoys inspiring his team. In his spare time, his interest lies in traveling the world, consulting start-ups, and exploring new scientific ways to improve our quality of conscious experience.
He received a Master of Science degree in Business Computing from the University of Westminster, London, UK, and a bachelor’s in Engineering from Mumbai University.
I understand the psyche and the problems of the candidates first and then accordingly work with them to unleash their potential. I prefer not to go by rules as “one size fits all” concept doesn’t really apply in the field of digital marketing. I believe that every candidate has a different skill set, so you have to work differently with each one of them.
